Altamash Haider was born on 5th October 2001. He is described by his peers as 'austere' and as someone who enjoys simplicity. Haider has a great passion for politics, traveling, reading, poetry, video editing, and photography. Altamash also greatly passionate about philanthropy and social work. He has also worked very closely worked with and helped International Students at his school. For which he was also decorated with the award of merit for Fairness in 2018.

Altamash has previously served as the Elected Representative of Communications & I.T at the Dr. G W. Williams Student Council from September 2018 to October 2018. He served for a second tenure in the same year from January 2019 to September 2019. He has also served in the Royal Canadian Army Cadets from 26 September 2014 to 11 November 2017 where he served to the rank of Sergeant and was also appointed as Section Commander for a brief while. Sergeant (R) A. Haider successfully completed the General Training (Army) course at Blackdown CTC in July 2015.
